1. Overview
PET roll film + thermoforming boxes crusher with unwinding unit is a low-speed high-torque shear-type granulator, specially designed for full PET roll feeding + rigid thermoformed scrap (boxes/trays/blisters). It integrates an automatic unwinding & traction system to solve film tangling, manual cutting, and mixed soft/hard material crushing.

1. Crusher is with two feed ports.
One on the front: it is with an auto feeder, applicable for all kinds of soft or hard runner parts that occurred during extrusion productions like casing, calendering, sheets, and board molding, etc. Usually flakes or film runners within thickness 0.02-5mm(PVC/PET/PE/PP/PS/GPPS/PMMA).
The other one on the back: It is a normal design feed port with a cover, you can close the cover when the front feed port is working. Suitable for all kinds of large-scale hollow products( plastic can/bucket/drum/pipes), leathers, PE film, PET bottles, and so on.
