1. Overview

PET roll film + thermoforming boxes crusher with unwinding unit is a low-speed high-torque shear-type granulator, specially designed for full PET roll feeding + rigid thermoformed scrap (boxes/trays/blisters). It integrates an automatic unwinding & traction system to solve film tangling, manual cutting, and mixed soft/hard material crushing.

2. Features:
1. Crusher is with two feed ports. 
One on the front: it is with an auto feeder, applicable for all kinds of soft or hard runner parts that occurred during extrusion productions like casing, calendering, sheets, and board molding, etc. Usually flakes or film runners within thickness 0.02-5mm(PVC/PET/PE/PP/PS/GPPS/PMMA).
The other one on the back: It is a normal design feed port with a cover, you can close the cover when the front feed port is working. Suitable for all kinds of large-scale hollow products( plastic can/bucket/drum/pipes), leathers, PE film, PET bottles, and so on.

2. Automatic dragging materials into crushing chamber, free of human intervention;

3.1 Unwinding & Traction Unit (Key for Full-Roll Feeding)

Pneumatic expanding shaft: Holds 3"/6" paper cores, supports 50–500 kg full rolls

Magnetic powder brake: Tension control, prevents loose unwinding & film wrinkling

Variable-frequency traction rollers: Pull film into crushing chamber at 0.5–5 m/min (adjustable)

Anti-wrapping guide plates: Polished + non-stick coating, eliminates PET film tangling

3.2 Crushing Chamber (Shear-Type, Anti-Tangle)

Low-speed high-torque rotor: 200–450 rpm, 3–6 spiral/claw knives (Cr12MoV, HRC 58–62)

Staggered fixed knives: 2–4pcs, stepped design for clean shearing (no melting)

Hydraulic quick-open frame: Easy access for knife replacement & cavity cleaning

Cooling system (optional): Water circulation for high-volume PET to avoid thermal fusion

3.3 Dual Feeding Ports (Flexible for Mixed Waste)

Front port: For PET film/rolls (auto traction feed)

Rear port: For rigid thermoformed boxes/trays (manual/conveyor feed); closed when front port is in use

Interchangeable screen: 8–25 mm holes (controls flake size: 10–15 mm for washing, 5–8 mm for pelletizing)

Air blower/conveyor: Direct discharge to washing line or silo
